Service all Business Associates, Business Development, sales team and client’s enquiries including telephonic and electronic for commercial lines insurance. Understand the client’s requirements in order to recommend the appropriate insurance plans/ covers and to assist with all general enquiries pertaining to commercial lines insurance.

Preparing broking slips and comparison, premium collections
policy dispatch and collection
MI reports
Ensure all clients’ claims and complaints are escalated to the Line Manager and follow-up to ensure the professional handling
Coordinate with insurer, professionals and specialists for fair settlement of claims and advising clients on risk management to reduce and avoid the need to make a claim
Handle administration involved relating to Broker's business in the placement (endorsements, new and renewal insurance business, claims) of insurance contracts and claims including but not limited to:-Â
§  Obtaining know your customer (KYC) documentation
§  Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements as per Authority regulations
§  Ensuring timely payment of premiums
§  Liaising with accounts as required; Account reconciliations
§  Setting up client files and maintaining up to date files
§  Keeping track of all renewals and Identifying any threats on the renewals
§  Retain and develop, the database of existing and potential clients
§  Scheduling meetings with existing and potential clients
§  Educate the client to understands the extent and terms of their coverage
