Ans.You must report to us in writing as soon as reasonably possible full details of any incident that may result in a claim under this policy.
If the vet you take your pet to is included under the direct billing network, you will pay a 20% co-payment (and any outstanding deductible amount if necessary) and the Insurer will settle the remainder of the cost directly with the vet.
If you wish to visit your own vet or a vet that is not included under the direct billing network, please print a copy of the claim form from our website and take this along with you on your visit. We aim to settle your claim within 10-14 days of receiving all relevant paperwork. Full details on what to do in the event of a claim can be found on page 10 of our Terms and Conditions document.
